Even though the fabulous and greatly missed designer is with us no more every single time I see a pair of shoes he designed I gush with envy and want.
They are completely inspirational and I want every single pair. These are my personal favourites at the moment...I'm sure you will all agree THEY ARE AMAZING!!

TAKE A BREAK...or get depressed
"Sell us your story! Sell us your story! Complete the form below and you could earn up to £1,000!
It's your magazine and we're interested in your lives. Love and betrayal, loss and sin. Use our on-line story form as a guide. You only need to send us a brief outline, although you can include much more if you wish. "
- TAKE A BREAK
I was flicking through magazines in a search for something different to read on my journey home from the city. I usually buy some sort of fashion monthly magazine and look at the pictures. It then came to my attention that the only other type of magazine designed especially for women came in the form of those such as "Take a Break" and whatnot.
I have a real problem with magazines of this caliber. They are just full of normal women selling their stories for £250 for a couple of pages in these ghastly publishing’s. I wouldn't mind if the stories were about these people's cool pets or stories of success and good things but they aren't. Instead the pages are riddled with tragic stories of victims of abuse and single mothers. Obviously I have sympathy for women who have been through situations like this, I really do.
I don't mean to sound ignorant by moaning about these kinds of articles but it really bugs me that these women are selling there stories to trashy magazines, I just don't get it. The majority of the stories are sensationalised in the style of The Sun and transformed into some sort of frenzy of horror, made purely for the reader’s satisfaction and reading pleasure. I sort of think it is a bit sick.
I know the opposing side of this argument could be that it is important for people to know these tragic stories and not be ignorant to how society is going tits up and everyone is turning insane, but I think these magazines just go about it in the wrong way. Programs such as Crimewatch and pretty much every single news channel put across these stories in a tasteful and respectful way.
However, regardless of this intelligent coverage of such horrific and real life events lets me honest, they are never going to cover the story of a woman who lost 22 stone and is unhappier than she has ever been.

Bloggy Business
"Ohhhh HI!!"
So...it seems this blog business is the new way forward. To be fair, I wanted to start one sooner as I have always been one for wanting to voice my opinion and write about things that really interest me...or annoy me.
Another reason for this blog business is that I am finding it increasingly hard to find people who want to listen or share a conversation regarding the same topics that I like to talk about. SO I can natter on here now about anything I want and hopefully it will float some people's boat.
I am going to try and concentrate on writing about the things that interest me most that will hopefully appeal to others too. These are: MUSIC<FASHION<FILM.
However, I'm sure that I will be blogging (or ranting) about more general things along the lines of the general public, celebrity, books and probably some weird things thrown in to.
Right, I have to go and feed my strange pets.
